Delivery & Returns
RETURNS POLICY (including damaged or faulty goods and exclusions):

If any item is not what you required then you just need to notify us by email (info@theperectpresent.eu) or by post, stating the reason for your return within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. All goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging.

The Perfect Present can  issue you with either a refund or an exchange. When refunding, we will ONLY refund the cost of the product(s) and not the postage costs. We will only refund the postage if the goods are either damaged or faulty. If the goods are faulty they need to be returned within 7 days of receipt. If you do not return the goods within 7 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged or faulty on delivery.

For non-faulty goods, each product must be returned with all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging. Please note that if the security seals are broken or if blister packaging has been opened, then the product is not in its original condition, then a refund will not be permitted.

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for the following goods/service:
  • Earrings, body jewellery – for hygiene reasons
  • Any gift wrapping (i.e. gift paper, ribbons, boxes, etc) cannot be refunded
  • Products that have been personalised, made to order, or are of a unique order - unless a mistake has been made by The Perfect Present 
  • The packaging or any of the individual product components, has been unsealed or damaged
  • Perishable good(s)
  • The good(s) are toiletries

The Perfect Present will not be responsible for packages that are lost in transit. You are responsible for returning the good(s) to us and we would recommend sending the package by Recorded or Special Delivery.

Refunds
 
The Perfect Present does not confirm that they have received your return and we aim to issue refunds within 14 working days of receipt of delivery. The cost of your good(s) will be refunded to the credit/debit card or the orgional method used to make the purchase.

Delivery Policy

Every effort is made to process your order for in stock items within one working day of receipt.  We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm (Monday - Friday) the same day.  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday. Times may vary on Bank Holidays please email us for an estimated time of delivery on info@theperfectpresent.eu.  All items are usually despatched by Royal Mail.  In the case of special orders and items temporarily out of stock we will advise you of an estimated delivery date as soon as possible unless you cancel your order, or request an alternative item in the meantime.  All delivery dates are approximate.  The Perfect Present delivers to all postal areas in Mainland UK  - if you are outside of this area please contact us prior to making a purchase on info@theperfectpresent.eu to arrange.  Sorry, but we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses

Delivery Costs

Our standard delivery times are between two to four working days. We also deliver to all E.U. countries. Next day delivery is available for all orders made before 2pm Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays).

FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £80

Standard UK Delivery £3.95 (2-5 working days)

Next Day UK Delivery £5.95 (orders made before 2pm)

All E.U Deliveries £7.95

International Deliveries £11.95

Average delivery time 3 - 5  working days.

Special Delivery/Next Working Day Delivery - (UK Mainland Only) This service is only available for UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands).  Order by 2pm previous working day, stating you wish next day delivery in the notes section when ordering.  Orders placed on Friday before 2pm will be delivered the following Monday.

This is sent via Royal Mail First Class and can take up to 5 working days from the date you have placed your order to arrive. Occasionally during busy periods please allow extra time for delivery.  We can not be held for delayed delivery once dispatched as this is down to the individual courier or postal provider used.Heavy Items - as indicated in Product Description
These will be charged at cost - please email for a quote if delivery option is not stated on ordering page.

EEC and Rest of the World
Minimum delivery is £7.95 for EEC and £11.95RoW.
