RETURNS POLICY (including damaged or faulty goods and exclusions):
If any item is not what you required then you just need to notify us by email (info@theperectpresent.eu) or by post, stating the reason for your return within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. All goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
The Perfect Present can issue you with either a refund or an exchange. When refunding, we will ONLY refund the cost of the product(s) and not the postage costs. We will only refund the postage if the goods are either damaged or faulty. If the goods are faulty they need to be returned within 7 days of receipt. If you do not return the goods within 7 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged or faulty on delivery.
For non-faulty goods, each product must be returned with all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging. Please note that if the security seals are broken or if blister packaging has been opened, then the product is not in its original condition, then a refund will not be permitted.

The Perfect Present will not be responsible for packages that are lost in transit. You are responsible for returning the good(s) to us and we would recommend sending the package by Recorded or Special Delivery.
Refunds
The Perfect Present does not confirm that they have received your return and we aim to issue refunds within 14 working days of receipt of delivery. The cost of your good(s) will be refunded to the credit/debit card or the orgional method used to make the purchase.
